HOSPITALITY

Participants in the Hospitality Program will be supported throughout their journey in our program. They will learn about all aspects of the Industry that is considered the Nations second largest private-sector employer (National Restaurant Association). Participants will analyze career paths within the food production and food service Industries, which include Front of the house (FOH), and Back of the House (BOH) operations. Participants learn and will be able to demonstrate food safety and sanitation procedures.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT

“Children learn by repetition” is a phrase that is used frequently. Our Community has come to embrace that “Children learn through rich experiences and expounding on them”. These experiences include opportunities for social interaction. We are able to provide a continuum of care community by creating innovative learning experiences and building healthy relationships with our community partners. We identify obstacles to equity that children and their families are facing and help them overcome them while reaching their full potential.

Our Textile program has recently shift gears to help keep communities safe by aiding in the production of masks (PPE). Participants will engage in learning the skill of producing PPE Equipment until each community has achieved a system of safety and no longer requires masks.

Our apprentice receive skills that are needed to succeed in life. Participants obtain skills and learn how they apply to the needs of the community. Our apprentice will obtain hands on experiences that will help pay for college and pave their way in the world of work.
